Elevate Digital builds websites for small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We have tried to write it in plain English rather than legal boilerplate.
We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit the preview request form, we receive:
If you contact us by text message or email instead, we receive whatever you include in that message, along with the phone number or email address you send it from.
We also collect standard, non-identifying analytics about how people use this site — pages viewed, roughly where in the world visitors are, and which link or advert brought them here. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
To reply to you, to build the free website preview you asked for, and to follow up about it. That is the whole purpose. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not send newsletters.

Analytics and advertising providers may set cookies in your browser to recognise return visits and to measure advert performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers offer a "do not track" setting. Blocking them will not stop this website from working.
We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in contact with you about a project, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If you ask us to delete your information, we will.
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Text or email us using the details below and we will action it — normally within a few days, and at no cost to you.
This site is aimed at business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and form submissions are transmitted securely. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as card details or passwords through this website — we will never ask you for them.
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
